Veggie Thanksgiving Menu 2009
Quorn Turky Roast - Not vegan, but super good. Sage, rosemary, thyme, all your standard seasonings. The baste will probably include some mushrooms and onion too.
Veggie Mushroom Dressing - Again not vegan as it will have some cream of mushroom soup. I may try to veganize this this year by using mushroom broth instead.
Truffle Shallot Mashed Potatoes - Mmm. Vegan and better than crack.
Mushroom Gravy - Vegan. From scratch. An unholy amount of garlic is the secret ingredient.
White Trash Broccoli - Definitely not vegan. Broccoli, Ritz crackers and some cheese with a Zee. Oh yeah!
Deviled eggs, some rolls, and a relish dish to round out. Should be a fantastic holiday. What am I forgetting (don’t say turkey)?
