More surfthechannel goodies
So I started on this rambling email about how there’s two kinds of people, people who create work and people who consume work. It’s something I believe, but I got bored writing it so I’m sure it would bore you to read it. For those who know what I’m talking about, I’m a consumer, for better or worse. Moving on.. I told you how surfthechannel.com changed their...

WatchWatch
Eric turned me on to this show. It’s really something else. Girl witnesses her mother’s murder at the hands of an abusive father, grows up, goes mental, turns into a cartoon and kills assholes. Really.

It’s a quick distraction between fires and code, and you don’t even have to leave your...

From Colony Collapse Disorder, a rare phenomenon where worker bees simply disappear for mysterious reasons. The causes are unknown, but the occurrences have sharply risen in the last two years. Honey bees play a big role in pollination of many of the foods we eat, a full...

Hacking back at the pirates
Copyrighted material is a big problem on video hosts, and blip is no exception. One of the ways we keep tabs on copyright violators is by looking at link sites. Right now we only monitor one, surfthechannel.com. Their clean interface makes it sooo easy to crawl. Recently they’ve figured out that we and possibly others are watching, because they started “encrypting” their...
